Civil Projects

ESACO has a vast experience in civil projects and proven success in dominating the Egyptian and regional market, in mega industrial projects.

• Total quantity of concrete of more than 500,000 Tons
• Total quantity of re-bar of more than 60,000 Tons
• Total number of pre-stressed silo + slip form structure more 37 ranging up to 103 mt high.
• Over the last two decades, ESACO did too many mega projects and managed to handle four (4) cement plants at the same time.

Steel Fabrication

ESACO owns & operates a top quality most advanced workshop in Borg El-Arab area (40 Km away from Alexandria), built in 2008 over a plot of land of almost 65,000 sqm of which 20,000 sqm is covered area.

The installed capacity is 1,500 tons of fabricated steel on monthly basis at a mix of steel structure and plate work.

ESACO has produced various types of complex equipment and pressure vessels at the highest quality level as per the world class standards.
